Pricing Questions
What is the minimum contract term?
Standard packages require a 12-month commitment. This allows us to reserve dedicated hardware and offer predictable pricing. Month-to-month options are available for Dedicated AI Node and Private Cluster tiers at premium pricing.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for standard packages. Custom configurations may include a one-time setup fee depending on requirements.
Can I upgrade or downgrade during my contract?
Yes. You can scale up immediately. Scaling down requires 30 days notice and may adjust your contract term. We'll work with you to plan migrations with zero downtime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and can set up invoicing for enterprise customers. Annual pre-payment discounts available.
Is VAT included in the pricing?
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be added based on your location and tax status.
What happens if I exceed my storage allocation?
You won't be charged surprise fees. We'll notify you when approaching limits and you can add storage in advance at published rates.
